Just Thinking: Faithfuless is What I Need
March 7, 2012By V. Knowles

You will never come into your own until you are faithful into that which pertains to another man.

- Rev. TD Jakes.

Whether you attend a school, are a member of a church, are employed by a company, belong to a group or organization, or are citizen of a country; the above attribute is fundamental, desired and cherished. It is the starting point and fulcrum of all human endeavors.

You can never go anywhere, achieve anything or accomplish any purpose without being faithful to a person, cause or ideal. It is the only trait that will survive the upheavals and cruel vicissitudes of life.

Forget talent.

Forget ability.

Forget gifting.

Forget celebrity.

Forget fame.

Forget genius.

Forget anointing.

You must be and find others like you if you are going to overcome the rigors of this marathon called life.

If you do not stay the course, stick to your guns, remain true to your pursuit, nothing else matters.

Thomas Edison once said,"genius is one percent inspiration and ninety nine percent perspiration."

You must continue working and digging until you find water or strike gold.

Up and down, in and out, forward and backwards will result in frustration, anger and discouragement and stifle progress.

"A rolling stone will gather no moss."

"A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."

You become unreliable.

You are not dependable.

You are considered useless.

You are deemed worthless, a paperweight, a chaff which any wind driveth away, a lukewarm personality - undecided if you are hot or cold.

They will never regard you as a good partner, associate, child, brother, husband or father. Even God will give up on you.

My friend, without faithfulness success will elude you down here and you will certainly not find it up there.
