A private jet bound for Ohio carrying famous comedian Dave Chappelle had to make an emergency landing in Pittsburgh on July 2 because the pilot couldn't handle Chappelle's erratic behavior.

Sources told TMZ that the comedian "freaked out" and refused to put his seat belt on. He also repeatedly walked into the cockpit asking the pilot how much longer the flight would be and started grabbing at the pilot's arm.

The pilot is said to have deemed Chappelle a safety risk and therefore diverted the plane to Pittsburgh. Chappelle's rep explained the incident to TMZ by saying Dave "ate something that did not sit well in his stomach, he really needed to use the restroom and the one on the plane was not the kind he needed."

Chappelle then checked into a hotel for the night, telling the employees he wanted to rent a car to go back home to Ohio, only he couldn't remember where he lived.
